Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Ratings Rocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Ratings Rocket is a software-as-a-service application provided by Made 4 Tradies Pty Ltd (ABN 59 660 678 280) under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Responsible Sending & Spam Act Compliance

As a condition of using Ratings Rocket, you confirm and warrant that:

• You will only request reviews from genuine customers for whom you or your business has actually completed work.
• You will not purchase or upload cold contact lists or attempt to contact individuals with whom you do not have a prior commercial relationship.
• You will not attempt to bypass or alter mandatory unsubscribe links, STOP keyword replies, or quiet hours controls.

3. Google Review Policies

Ratings Rocket is designed to comply with Google's review policies. You agree not to offer monetary incentives, discounts, prize draws, or gifts in exchange for positive Google reviews, which is strictly prohibited by both Google and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. Annual plans include 12 months for the price of 10. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the billing portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Ratings Rocket is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific Google Maps ranking increases or review counts, as search ranking algorithms remain under the sole control of Google LLC.
